Karanj oil, also known as Pongamia oil, is a vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of the Pongam tree (Pongamia pinata) by cold pressing, or solvent extraction. It is commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine for its therapeutic properties and has various industrial and agricultural applications.
