Jet One Emulsifier is white thick paste and is non-toxic, having no adverse effect on crop. 1% emulsifier is used for formulating 20 to 40% formulation of Nitrobenzene. It gives thick homogeneous emulsion, having good consistency, better appearance, & no separation for years (long shelf life). The emulsion is easily dispersible in water for foliar applications.
Use :
1) Simply mix 20 Kg Nitrobenzene with 1 Kg Jet One Emulsifier, stir well stirrer for 10 - 15 minutes, and then slowly add 80 Ltr DM / RO Water with continuous stirring for 15 – 20 minutes. The emulsion is ready for packing.
2) Simply mix 40 Kg Nitrobenzene with 1 Kg Jet One Emulsifier, stir well stirrer for 10 - 15 minutes, and then slowly add 60 Ltr DM / RO Water with continuous stirring for 15 – 20 minutes. The emulsion is ready for packing.
Viscosity and active content can be changed as required by changing water quantity and /or quantity of Jet-One.
